For over 15 years, she has been working diligently to find, retain, and nourish technical talents for FPT - one of the largest technology corporations in Vietnam. She holds a bachelor's degree in English, an intermediate degree in administration, and a mini MBA from FPT University. At copIt, she has become the “Guru” in dealing with the human related aspects and procedural policies.

Throughout her career in tech, there is one thing she has learned, it’s that talents coupled with the right support, build great products that will turn into great companies. That’s why she plan to help us build the greatest community for the fashion conscious beyond the “Net”.

Fun fact: she is not only friend with Cuong, but also the one who successfully sold the idea to both Cuong and Dung, to then arrange our very first meet-ups, and later on, their joining.
